About Red River Gorge

This breathtaking region is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers. Known for its geological features, diverse flora and fauna, and recreation, the Gorge is perfect for nature lovers, and our petting zoo makes a great stop while you explore the area.

Natural Bridge State Park

The natural sandstone arch that is the key point of this Kentucky state park spans an impressive 78 feet and stands over 65 feet high.

Nada Tunnel

Known as the Gateway to the Red River Gorge, the Nada Tunnel is a must-see when visiting Kentucky.

Daniel Boone National Forest

Much of the natural terrain and wildlife from Daniel Boone’s day still exists throughout this forest named in his honor.
